Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs

The door in my room didn't shut all of the way, you had to use the lock to rachet it closed and there was still light around all sides of the door. The beds were horrible. I have camped on the ground and been more comfortable. If you're looking for a comfortable bed in a room that is actually private this is not the place. It was so bad I changed hotels and just ate the price of the room for one night. The only highlight of this trip was Doug. Doug, if you're reading this you were the only positive about our stay. Thank you.

We stayed two nights, and the service is absolutely wonderful. Doug was at the front desk most of the time, and he's the best. He took photos of our group and did a really great job, and was so personable and went above and beyond for us. The views are stunning, and the rooms are pretty nice. The coffee is not the best, but the bagels are very good.

This is a very average hotel with no significant problems. There was a problem with the reservation and check-in that the hotel staff created; however, everything was efficiently resolved with a few conversations at the front desk during the stay. This hotel has good people that are customer focused. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Firstly - Gary the chef is an INCREDIBLE asset to this location. Always friendly, social and willing to accommodate the customer. If corporate is reviewing these customer reviews, please recognize this mans efforts! Secondly, I stay here often as I travel to Colorado Springs often for business. This location is perfect. Across from many food and shopping establishments and easily accessible and SAFE! Never a problem. Hotel isn't the newest but I've been traveling 5+ weeks and had the best nights sleep since! Beds/pillows are a personal thing but for me they are VERY comfortable. Stay here with confidence!

The Pros: Bed was SUPER comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was good. Service was really friendly and someone was on duty at the desk 24hrs. Free fresh coffee 24 hrs. Great breakfast in the morning. It is close to lots of food places and the highway. Plenty of places to work if you need to, and good wifi. Con: The elevator doesn't work and the hotel layout is strange. If it was not for the elevator and layout, I'd have given this place 4 stars.

I’m a silver member with plenty of stays at Hiltons in Minnesota and Arizona. This is the first time in Colorado and I was shocked to be told we were being charged a $200 incidental fees that would be refunded after our stay. The room wasn’t even $200 for the night. Wonder what could have happened to make them charge almost double the room cost. I don’t recommend booking this hotel before finding out if they will also charge other people $200 so be financially prepared!

The stay was very nice. I booked my room “last minute” late in the afternoon using the Hilton app. The app was simple to use (I’ve used it in the past), but the remote check-in went smooth and I was able to get digital key no problem. The kitchen staff and bartender were delightful; Jessi was a champ dealing with a couple of rowdy, but friendly patrons while getting everyone’s drink right. The wings were spot on from the kitchen. And the small gesture of the “Welcome” screen on the TV when you came in the room was appreciated. I also noted the layout and construction of the building made for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the wider hallways and also the wider/larger stair wells. Everything had a bit more space and this really gave a nice feel to the building. The room was in great condition and very clean. The layout was smart and efficient with some nice details such as the bathroom lighting switch working from both the entry and inside the bath. Overall the switch locations were smart and well thought out. The usable closet and sliding doors were a nice change and again, really helped the space from feeling congested inside the room. The interior finish selections were excellent and the trade work looked. So, thanks again for a pleasant stay.

Pretty solid for a Garden Inn. The property hasn't been updated in awhile, but was very clean. The staff was always helpful and made sure you felt welcomed. Breakfast was great! Parking is limited in the front and kind of dark at night. The back of the property is moderately lit. There were enough restaurants in the immediate area to get me through the week with no complaints.
